    Last weekend I decided to play a bit with new CSS selectors(such as :checked),
    so I ended up with zero javascript accordion:

    Appreciate any questions/comments.


    I think it’s a very similar approach to what chris did with the CSS Tabs.

    I posted an article a couple of weeks back about pretty much the same thing. I don’t know if I like the thought of using form elements for non-form related things. Cool implementation though.

    Thanx for the article, I like your deep analysis of different way to implement it.

    I don’t like non-sematic stuff either, so for me it was more like fancy exercise :) I’d like to have native way to store the state in html/css though :)

    You might enjoy my updated version (didn’t polish it, so it’s not on github yet) that works on iPhone/iPad, iOS Safari doesn’t support label-input link and it’s ~ selector support is very flakey. So I ended up with even more tacky way to implement it :)
