css issue can anyone suggest me the right code

Hi,

Recently there has been changed in my chat script http://www.phpsunchat.com/chat/

You can see the main page opens correctly in different resolutions but when you click on who is online or other pages the main content opens at bottom what can be the reason ?

Can you tell me what i shall modify i will be thankful if you post the modified code.

main content is showing body content like users online just at the right place.

You will understand what i am talking about it opens in different resolution like it shows in screenshot if the screen resolution is bigger then the main content or body content opens correctly.

you can also notice the search box (right side https://gyazo.com/eff80b345126d74381ee1906b10a8d6a)goes at the bottom when screen resolution is low.

how do i fix this, i tried to fix using chrome inspect element but was unsuccessful.

1 more thing on main page http://www.phpsunchat.com/chat/

you can see when i move mouse over username in users online on hover it shows quick profile box which layers at the back of popular chatrooms table.

how can i make the quick profile float over the popular chat rooms table ?

i managed to fix all the css bugs, just one thing i am unable to fix.
