I’d like to express a problem which I’ve faced a number of times now, as a teenage developer my time, due to studying, and skills are very limited. I’ve successfully managed to teach myself: Python, PHP, HTML, CSS and VB.net and have worked on a number of small programming projects. However, design is by no means my strong point.
I’d like to contact some CSS designers in the hope that you may be able to help me create beautiful looking sites. I’m currently planning a site which I hope to begin work on soon, after settling back into school after the summer.
