    I would recommend supporting the guys who created the book and purchase it from amazon.

    What a joker…. this is the wrong place to ask dude, not that you should be asking anyways. You won’t get very far in this industry if you don’t know how to respect and support others. This book deserves both.

    Sorry to add spam to the forum, but I could not resist.

    I agree that it is best to support the authors of such works. There are many free resources out there as well – should money be an object.
