    Hello

When I open this demo on the parallax effect: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryhow_css_parallax_demo.htm on my mobile phone it looks very nice. for example the photo with the camera that gets resized properly. However if I do the same on the website I’m building it does not.

This is how your demo looks on my mobile phone:

This is my theme on my mobile phone:

Does anyone know if I can fix the issue using CSS or does this need a huge alteration to the theme I used? thanks,

    Regards,
    Thomas

Unfortunately we can’t troubleshoot an image. Please create a reduced demo in CodePen so that we can see the problematic code upfront and offer suggestions based on that. Note that we don’t need your whole codebase – we just need the parts pertinent to the immediate problem.

    Hello Beverleyh,

Will the website URL be sufficient?
    http://computerservicezeewolde.nl/motorservice3/

For convience i’ve added the foto from the demo to the homepage of this website. if you open the website with your mobile the image looks really weird.

    Thanks

A reduced CodePen demo is the method of choice.

Unfortunately a site link restricts us to troubleshooting via developer tools on desktop, and we have to filter out the rest of your codebase (a process that can take too much of our time in a free help forum). We just need to see the parts of the code that are pertinent to the immediate problem.

    Hi Beverleyh,

Ok, I understand. But then please close the topic as I’m not able to take out that portion of the code to troubleshoot it. In fact, that’s one of the reasons I posted my question here in the first place.

I’ve used a free theme that I found on the internet that has 1000’s of lines of CSS. I also used the F12 function within my browser to troubleshoot some of the issues but couldn’t get it to work. I hoped maybe someone with more CSS experience (like yourself) could spot the problem just by looking at it using these desktop tools and give me a CSS snippet to override the issue.

But thanks for your time! Much appreciated especially since this is a free forum. =)
