    Im trying to animate a background with CSS and in Chrome everything is so smooth, but when I look in Safari its really choppy. Here are two gifs of the problem.
    Chrome

    And here is the Codepen is there a way to smooth the animations in Safari like it is in Chrome?

    Safari 9.0 fixed this problem on OS 10.10 did not check 10.11 jet.
