    Hello,

I’m wondering if the animated Flash arrows at the following URL can be re-created using CSS and HTML? – http://bit.ly/q6K1rQ (best viewed in Chrome). Essentially, we want to move away from doing things in Flash (as is the rest of the world).

This isn’t exactly my area of expertise and I’m wondering where to start? Is something like this possible using CSS?

Any help in the right direction is appreciated.
    Thx.

I have done it using pseudo-elements (I hate extra markup) but there is a slight problem with that; only Firefox 4 and above can currently animate pseudo-elements. You can see it working here, but only in Firefox.

As @wolfcry911 said, an animated gif would ensure browser support.
