Creating a schedule

I though you guys could push me in a final direction as I’m a bit stumped on the best route to go. Here is what I’m trying to accomplish:

I need a way for the coaches for basketball, track, cheerleading, and intramurals to create and update a schedule. The basketball coach is the only one that is web/computer literate. This needs to be done through my CMS in some fashion. They need to be able to specify a date, time, oponent (or event for intramurals), outcome, and attach a pdf file that has details/results.

I started out using a CSV but it wont retain data for an attachment
I thought about a form however, that would require WAY to much user input when they create a new schedule every season. I’m 100% sure I’ll get complaints.
I also thought about setting up and embeding a google calendar but I can’t add attachments to dates.

Any ideas guys/gals?

You could have them all register with gmail accounts and do a shared document. Keep an original copy so someone doesn’t butcher it, but then let them edit as they need! :-)
