    I just saw this today and think this should be implemented on every site. View this page in IE 8 or older, and look at the neat little warning that pops up out of the botttom. TeenPact Leadership Schools. They are using a stickeybar from Dynamic Drive, and it’s about to appear on my site too. Any ideas/suggestions?

    Microsoft has actually caught onto that already =)
    But yeah, cool idea.

    That’s a good one too. Might use some combination of the two on my site. The problem with this, though, is that if they follow the “Upgrade” link they are still using IE.

    @Jamy_za: Funny how Microsoft calls it a countdown…. there is no timer o.O They should just set a date and say, that’s it. Done.

    Opps, nevermind… April 8, 2014 LOL… Hopefully IE7 and 8 follow it quickly.

    Why don’t we just give ALL of IE a death date of April 8, 2014?

    @cnwtx Yeah, still IE. But they may be more likely to upgrade if it’s a familiar program.

    @mottie Haha yeah April 2014 -_-
    I don’t think they will follow quickly unless people upgrade their OS. I don’t really mind IE8 though. Besides lack of CSS3 support I don’t really have any problems. (I know that’s a big problem lol, but CSS2 is awesome and under-rated :P )
