Convert .psd file to html and css

I only have the .psd file, there were changes made in the last minutes. Is there any idea how to convert it into web page, hmtl and css?

Well there are three companies involved. One is the client who contracted a Graphic Design Company to do the design, and they contracted the company i work to built the website. Website is already done. The client decided to make some changes yesterday and the Graphic Design company came today with a new design. I need a faster solution rather than start coding myself.It is well structured. Thank you

I’m not sure if the new design (with changes) is similar to the old design, or if it’s a brand new design?

Regardless, don’t automate things. You’ll need to do the coding yourself.

In general, a faster solution will not be the best solution. More often than not, you’ll end up making fixes to that fast solution, and you may end up doing even more work fixing stuff than if you would code it yourself from the start.
