Contact form not working in WP

Hello,

I’m using this contact form – https://css-tricks.com/examples/ContactForm/ on a WP theme I’m creating… but it’s acting all buggy. I.E. My browser (Chrome) gives me an error saying that contactengine.php may be temporarily down or something, but when I check the directory, everything looks to be in place. There are some other quirks as well, but I want to get it working first.

I’ve used the form on other non-WP sites, and love it. Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you so much!

If you’e 100% sure that it’s looking in the correct place for the .php file then you could try and sort out your coding errors. It might help.
I’ve never personally seen that error message so i’m afraid I can’t help much, maybe someone else will now its boosted up the list.
