Hi there, I am pretty new to CSS-Tricks. I am trying to build a website with the help of some others and need some advice. I would like to build a website where users can make a comment and other users can vote for their comment up or down. At the end of every week I would like links to the top 5 vote getters to automatically be tweeted out.
I would like the website to allow guests to vote but not to add their comments. So there would also need to be a membership area.
Lastly I would like to allow the comments to be sorted by a few different categories.
Can someone point me in the right direction? I do not know php and do not plan to write the code myself. I just would like to have some basic knowledge of what I am asking for when I go to hire someone.
