I have 2 csv files that I need to combine into 1. Ideally I would like to know how to achieve this in Excel/Libre Office, but if it requires another type of database management software that will do. Any solution is better than what I have now.

    CSV # 1 has 5 columns

    CSV # 2 has 2 columns
    YMMID | PART# |

In CSV # 1 the YMMID is the “ID” of the Year, Make, Model. Each different combination of Year, Make, Model has a different YMMID.

In CSV # 2 the Part #’s Year, Make, and Model is identified by the YMMID.
What I need is to be able to eliminate the YMMID and create a list with the following columns.

    CSV # 3
    Part # | Year | Make | Model |
