    Hi!

I just got my first Mac and installed the Coda trial. Everything works fine but I’m wondering if it’s possible to create a site in Coda that connects to your folder of choice instead of the root, for example the themes folder in a WordPress installation. If that’s possible how would I do it? Thanks!

When your adding/editing a site at the top is 2 boxes, one is for the remote folder and one is for your local folder. In the root folder path simply input the path which should be /public_html/wp-content/themes/THEME-NAME/ depending on whether you use cPanel or not.

Thanks! Is there any way that I can have that site open by default instead of having to go to sites and open it up?

I don’t believe there is however simply leaving one file or more open in the project will restore it when you re-open coda.
