I was looking to see what was out there in terms of responsive design from a CMS perspective? Anything that is purely visual and doesn’t require the user to do any coding?

    Squarespace, maybe?

I looked at it but I didnt really see that much control over changing a breakpoint for a particular content area. It looked like it was just a tool to select a layout with different responsive behaviors. There are some WordPress templates that offer this capability though.

The CMS really just handles the content. The layout is what is responsive and the CMS simply wraps around that. So arguably every CMS is capable of being responsive.

The part about “no coding” is going to limit getting exactly what you want though. Anything that is prebuilt that keeps you from having to do any coding also limits you. There is no way around that right now.
