Working on a responsive mobile first design (gee, did I use enough buzz words) and thought about having my logo as a background image to a div so it can scale/change based on viewport size.

I’d also like the logo to be a link back to my homepage. So what are the current best practices when it comes to a cross-browser way of making a whole div clickable? I’ve seen jQuery solutions, pure CSS solutions and I’m wondering what the pros and cons are.

    Thanks for any suggestions.
