Chrome for Android Drop Down menus

I’m really new to mobile CSS. Apparently I’ve discovered a new problem that is only on Android devices and not on Apple devices.

If you have a menu with drop downs you can’t click any of the drop downs if the parent menu already is linked.

Is there a solution to fixing drop down menus on websites for Android?

I saw there was some kind of delay article, but it showed how to change backgrounds. Is there a way to toggle a delay for another class?
