I have been building a web portal for my family over at http://google.com. But I have run into a seemingly small problem that has stumped me. The problem only happens in Webkit Browsers like Chrome and Safari. So here it is:
Go to http://google.com in Chrome or Safari.
Hover over the last item in the bottom navigation called "Games".
You will see the entire bottom navigation shift to the left about 8px.
Why is this happening? What elements are causing the shift?
It doesn’t happen in Firefox or IE. Can you figure it out?
Thank you for your help.
DangDang
may be you can check increasing the width of container from 600 to 700 like that
Thanks for the help but I have changed the width of the container to 700px and it doesn’t solve the menu shift bug. Please see if you can find anything else that could be causing it. I am stumped.
Thanks!
