    I watched the Lynda.com tutorial to make a static site into a WordPress theme. In the static HTML/CSS version, Chris developed a beautiful extension of the navigation menu which hangs off to the left of the sidebar. He also had a nice javascript animation when you mouse over each menu item. In the finished conversion into WordPress, that styling was left out.
    Does anyone know how to add this nice style and even the javascript into my new custom theme to make it work just like he showed in the static page?

    Could you post a screenshot? I remember the tutorial, but dude, I will be honest with you, it was very extensive and no way am I going to dig that.
