    I have some problems to find a class when I building a child theme.
    Everything appear like I want to except one thing. When i hover down in the drop menu the mother li
    turn to a white background. I would like to have it the same color as the menu.

    please help!

    Hey dunderhonung, please check out style.css (line 170). Remove “background:white” from that line.

    Also, add the following styles to your stylesheet.

    .children:hover < .page_item {
    background-color: #EADFCE;
    color: #26140C !important;
    }

    i guess this should work for you.

    Thx! It helped! But know I cant figure out another thing. How to change the color to the link when I hover down. I tried to set
    .nav li:hover a {
    color: rgb(234,223,206) !important;
    }

    but then it will appear all the time. How can I set this command just when I hover down in to the sub menu?

    understand what I mean?

    your script adds class .sfHover to your li-elem when there is a submenu

    in your css you have

    .nav a:hover, .nav li.current_page_item a, .nav li.current_page_parent a, .nav li.current-menu-item a {
    background-color: rgb(234,223,206);
    color: rgb(38, 20, 12) !important;
    font-family: 'Mate SC', serif;
    }

    add something like this

    .nav a:hover, .nav li.current_page_item a, .nav li.current_page_parent a, .nav li.current-menu-item a, .sfHover > a {
    background-color: #EADFCE;
    color: #26140C !important;
    font-family: 'Mate SC',serif;
    }
