    hey,
    thanks for taking a moment. i am trying to recreate the photo movement (the red balloons photo – our gallery-2nd photo down) on the webpage

    i see this a lot and i really want to start using it. does it have a name and what do i need to know to use it?

    It’s called parallax scrolling and it looks like it’s combined with some waypoints.

    Google is your friend.
