I am helping with a WordPress theme that we can’t seem to get the homepage to stop scrolling infinitely. I have scoured the WordPress admin area and cannot find anything to turn this off. I understand why this is an option I just don’t want to use it (maybe later when I have more content). When I use firebug to determine where the background gets the info to scroll it points me to a CSS file that is obviously Bootstrap 3.7.12. What are some methods to fix this? Thanks
