There’s too much wrong to diagnose with Developer Tools.

A reduced case demo in Codepen would be more helpful.

Look into the markup structure, that is seriously broken; there are two BODY tags for starters.

How? Why? No idea, but that is one of the first things that needs to be fixed.

i have managed to fix the problem… my code used to have some elements like the theme ,and the css was a bit messy…I used iframes… and now i am facing another issue. The bubbles i have on the site are not moving they, were supposed to move up and down while scrolling up and down.
ideas whats the problem? i am not sure if it has to do with css but i am going to repost on javascript this second issue.
