Best way to split a header in 3

I’d like to split my header in 3 sections (see image) so that I can do some parralex animation on sections 1 and 3. While also using 2 for the mobile header background. Any advice on the best way to achieve this?

We’d probably need to know more about it.

Is this a fixed header, are any widths set, is the image supposed to scale etc?

Do you have the header image already?
