Is there a comprehensive, structured way of learning supplementary but essential web development topics such as http/protocols, servers, threads, sockets/ secure sockets, ports, web security, web accessibility… etc. from the ground up for a complete beginner (but someone who knows essential html/css/js)? Like a definite learning path?

Each time I stumble upon an online tutorial claiming to be a beginner’s resource, I stumble upon terms that seem completely esoteric, and yet are understood by almost everyone else. Is there something that I’m missing?

I am willing to put aside the time and the money to get started, but I just cannot seem to find a definite resource.
