Best Live reloader

I need a piece of software or a chrome extension that will live reload whenever i save the file. I also want it to do css injecting so that when i change the style it doesn’t reload the styling just changes.

I use Prepros (http://alphapixels.com/prepros/)

It has it’s own Chrome Extension for live reload and works with a lot of Code Editors.

There is also “Live Reload” (obvious name) but that requires a js file be linked in the page and installation of it’s own Chrome Extension.

I’ve tried both but Prepros is the bees knees hands down for not only live reload by but SASS/SCSS/LESS compiling as well as a whole lot more.
