backstretch and the ipad

am finishing off my own site using backstretch as the background. It works perfectly across all browsers. however….

if you go to http://www.thomasdrotardesign.com on your ipad, and start pulling up the page to view
the bottom part of the site you’ll see a black strip momentarily at the bottom.

I was wondering if you have any idea if i can get rid of this? it’s a very small matter but it still irks the hell out of me.

It’s happening because the viewport is actually resizing due to the scroll. Some of the UI hides as you go down. There isn’t an easy + graceful solution to this, I’d just let it ride.
