Hi guys I have a problem getting the “background-size” code to work for me.
backgrounddash anything works fine. It’s color coded along with the word I place behind it.
But every time I try background-size, the DASH turns white. It’s not seeing it as part of the CSS code.
Any idea whats going on? I googled and can’t find anything on my issue.
Here’s an image of my problem.
Got any code maybe? Not sure what ‘backgrounddash’ would be…
But I suspect using shorthand properties and stacking backgrounds would be the solution here.
That looks like a syntax highlighting issue in whatever program/app you are using…not a CSS one.
Totally on the wrong track here (me). But an incomplete question nonetheless.
Just a guess but background-size
is CSS3 whereas background-color
is CSS1/2.
So there is a difference.
