[Solved] Background Color Not Showing

I’m trying to make a navigation menu for my forum and the background color won’t show, though when I just put the HTML and CSS on a regular page it does show. I’m using MyBB but I’m not sure if it has anything to do with that. Here’s the HTML and CSS.

In JSFiddle it works perfectly but when I add the code to my forum the background color (blue) doesn’t show and I cannot figure out why.

That makes sense, I probably should have given you a link to see it not working, my bad! Here it is – http://zwiv.net

It’s at the very top and as you can see, there’s no background.

About .dropdown being generic, I thought about that but after searching through the MyBB CSS I couldn’t find anything, I’ll try changing it to something new and see if it works.

EDIT: I changed it to a different name but got the same result unfortunately.
