AnythingSlider Question

Hello All! I actually just found this forum because I found this awesome slider and I am having a little trouble so I was directed here. I downloaded the AnythingSlider from here: https://css-tricks.com/anythingslider-jquery-plugin/

I am mainly a css/html person so I have no clue about jquery and right now i’m just working on making my css skills better (then maybe i’ll work on jquery). I tried editing the slider to fit the needs on my site however when I tried to add a link to the image slides it kind of broke the slider a bit.

I managed to somewhat fix this on firefox/chrome by adjusting the height on the lis however it really did not help in IE. In fact the slider menu is at the bottom of the page for IE. Almost half of my users are on IE according to analytics so I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out a way to fix this slider in IE.

Any help is much appreciated!

I couldn’t seem to find the problem with anythingslider having slide images link to other pages so I ended up going with a more basic slider: http://www.dreamcss.com/2009/04/create-beautiful-jquery-sliders.html

I think I will still try to work with anythingslider on my own time but for now it will have to go under my “when I have time” projects.
