    Hi Everyone,

I’ve been trying to get Anything Slider and the the full page background (jquery technique) to have a baby, hopefully functioning something like this website: http://www.coalheadwear.com/

I haven’t had any luck, anything slider seems to collapse when I try to set the width or height dynamically to 100%. Would anybody be able to point me to another way to make a full page slider with a full page background?

    Thanks for the help!

I never seem to have any luck with modding the anything slider, in part because i don’t have hardly any experience with javascript. However, i did find this link
    ( http://vandelaydesign.com/blog/web-development/jquery-image-galleries/)
when googling “full page image slider” about the third one down there is a link for a full page slider using flicker hope that’s what you were looking for.

P.S. I also hope that you choose better text colors then the coal headwear site, i can’t hardly even see most of the navigation on most of the images…

This might be what you want. It uses local images instead of Flickr and you can just replace the captions with the wordpress loop if you are looking for that functionality as well.

the rest just seems like css styling with positioning.

ps. Yeah, that text and navigation was/is retarded

Also seems like you could use a vertical JQuery scroller and set the height of the page to 500% (if there are 5 images) or however many images * 100%. Then just scroll the images with the buttons.

sorry, by height of the page, i meant the height of the div containing the images (which would equal the page height). Also combine my last idea with a full screen image JQuery plugin.

If you really want to use what they are using. It looks like they are using JQuery Scrollto and JQuery Localscroll which is what I used on my portfolio at http://www.dhechler.com but they are only scrolling the background element (localscroll can target specific divs).
