Anything Slider arrows disappearing under youtube panel

Hey guys first time on here..

got a problem with anything slider that im using, im positioning left and right arrows OVER the images and have done the usual job of z-indexing it so it doesnt disappear beneath the images.

however i have noticed that on google chrome and all versions of IE, if you click to slide to a youtube panel, the arrows disappear right benath it and i cant figure out why.

if you view it on chrome or IE, click on the right arrow and you will see the arrows disappear under the youtube vid.

hope someone can help me out, im going insane!!
