    Hello everyone!

    I was looking for a way to see (as I am really curious and interested) in how to create an animation (with only CSS I believe) like on this site: http://grandtheftauto.net/gta5

    You may see the airplane there moving as well as the red light on the right side. I am pretty sure it’s not a .gif as the picture is in the .png format.

    Any possible ideas?

    It’s a canvas animation (so there’s JS involved).

    Ah, I see. Thanks for the info.

    P.S I was able to make the exact same thing with CSS-only (had to use Photoshop of course to make a .gif for the blinking effect, but still works).

    There’s a few other ways to do it as well, doesn’t necessarily need a canvas. It think both CSS animation and jQuery could provide something similar. If it’s not a major gif (animated ones tend to bloat quickly), that would be perfectly acceptable too.
