Does anybody know of a snippet that animates one image over another?
    For example, see http://www.perfectsanta.com
In the flash file at the top, Santa flies over, snow’s falling, reindeer jump. I’d like to do the same but without flash.
    Thanks!

Sure you can, but you’ll probably need to use gifs as animated png’s are not supported by all browsers. Basically have the banner with a relative position, and all of the animated gifs positioned absolutely over it.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I did check out Spritely and decided not for this project.
The css doesn’t work in my Firefox Mac. Works in Safari.
