Hi
I’m helping my mate design a v.basic site for his mum, and I’ve managed to nearly finish it apart from we want to swap the background images on the click of each navigation ideally with a fade, but I’m having trouble with as the background image in set in CSS with radius corners and shadows etc and I need to keep these styles!
any help would be great
here is a link to a stripped down version of the site as is

That text on the background could actually be just that; text.
CODE DIDN'T WORK
Hi thanks for this, I will give it a go
the text will eventually be an image but thought this would be easier for an example
thanks

Sorry, but I haven’t actually got it to work yet.
This is the only Javascript I know, and for some reason it’s not working, and I have no idea why.
I can’t help you out.
