Home › Forums › JavaScript › All Ajax Theme & Nextgen Gallery
I have recently purchased the Digging into WordPress pdf and it came along with the All Ajax Theme.
For learning purposes i’m changing the design. But i’m having a little trouble with some plugins.
I understand that there can be conflicts between the theme and some plugins. In this case the Nextgen plugin doesn’t seem to work correctly. The gallery shows correctly but when an image is clicked the lightbox (or how do you call it) isn’t loaded.

When I use the above link, it doesn’t work. But when i use the short link (provided when making/editing the post) it does work.

I’m assuming this is because the first page isn’t loaded with ajax, just the links.
Is there a way around it?
If not, any suggestion which gallery to use?
I’m thinking, maybe it’s because Nextgen can’t handle a link with the # in it so the solution might be like you said, preventing ajax from changing the url
here is the good examples of ajax………http://www.web3mantra.com/2011/04/11/20-best-wordpress-widgets/
Very nice collection. I’m going to test a couple of these if they work with the All Ajax theme.
Since i can’t seem to create image gallery’s, this is interesting too: http://www.web3mantra.com/2011/05/09/30-wordpress-gallery-plugins/
Thanks a lot. Just added another bookmark in my browser ;-)
Did you ever find one that works?
