    I have this: http://jsfiddle.net/nwsNd/

    And I want to align that logo (image) to the center (vertical)
    But I do not know which method to use …
    I saw so many “things” on the net and tutorials vertical alignment, so not understand anything now.
    Do you know somewhere a good tutorial then can learn various ways depending on the situation, the vertical alignment of text or images ?

    @kosler why are you using the same two logo’s positioned like that?

    Someone might come up with a better answer but this is what I have – http://jsfiddle.net/VhPRc/

    @ChristopherBurton

    For the “border” should have a smaller size than the original logo

    @HugoGiraudel

    Thanks, but not really what I expected

    @kosler Set the width of the border on #logo2:after to your desire.

    @ChristopherBurton

    Good, thank you!

    But I’d like something, some tutorials on different methods in different situations, for vertical alignment

    Example:
    -how to vertically align a div?
    -how to bring an “img” ?
    -how to vertically align a text ?

    so … The more the better …

    @kosler It doesn’t hurt to do a simple search. It would be a benefit if you tried learning a bit more CSS.

    You can vertically center text by giving it a line-height of the parent height.

    You can vertically center text by giving it a line-height of the parent height, only in the case of a one-lined text. Multiple lines, and you can’t do this anymore.
