Looking to adjust content that is currently stacked in single column on mobile devices into two columns using media queries. I would preferably like to have them 2×2 on the screen.

    My site is njfmba68.com

A minimal Codepen.io demo is preferable to a link.

You need to check your website using Google Mobile friendly test tool. It will tell you if your website is mobile responsive or not. Sometimes designers make the website mobile friendly, but if your content is so small or very less space between words, then Google will not consider your website, a mobile friendly one.
