I have searched the web as much as possible looking for ways to change the color of the scroll-bars on a browser with CSS.

    1) Is it possible @ all ?
    2) Was Netscape the only one that supported that feature?

You should use a jQuery plugin that lets you replace the sidebar.

    Check this out: http://www.kelvinluck.com/assets/jquery … lPane.html

I would never use scrollbar CSS properties. They only work in IE and they look terrible.

a JavaScript replacement is always best.
