Adding a Decorative Box To A Website

Hello, my fellow CSS lovers. I’m looking to flesh out my pages and add a box similar to the ones on the sidebar here: http://www.ddfashionsquare.com/products/new-arrivals-by-week?pagesize=12
It’s the boxes with headings reading categories, information, newsletter, I’m trying to duplicate or have something similar. I’ll add small images, banners, etc. problem is, I have no idea how to make this happen.

I appreciate whatever help I can get. Sure hope I can return the favor some day:)
