Hi there. I am building a WP theme from scratch and I am struggling to get an image ( a fancy border, really) to run across the top. I have a structure that is html>>body>>page>>content and I have tried using bg-image with high z-index on html, body and page, but it always stays behind everything else. (I know z-index only works with a position set.) Any suggestions?
