How do i add the bottom triangle on the .active :after?

I know that we need the Content:””; then to position it. but relative? and would that be relative to the parent ? (so the li? or the a?) then the triangle.

@attilahajzer : It’s the overflow: hidden on the list-element that keeps the :after elements out of sight. So if you could give the parent list-element of the active link a class, and set it to overflow: visible , and change the position on the nav-links to relative, instead of absolute, then it’s getting there. Needs a few more tweaks though: like in this Codepen.
