Hi guys,
I hope it’s ok that I made two threads – they’re not really related except for being in the same style sheet.
My problem is that I’ve added the a:after trick to show the link address in printed pages. However, I don’t want to show links that are around images. Is there a way to differentiate (sp?) between <a>some text</a>
and <a><img /></a>
?
Thanks!
Hi,
I guess this illustrates what I’m looking for: http://jsfiddle.net/44nba/ . Note that when there’s an image inside the anchor link I don’t want it to print the address.
Thanks :)
Yes, that’s excellent :) It’s not possible to do without scripting? If nothing else, it makes me somewhat happy that there wasn’t some glaringly obvious way to do it that I couldn’t see :)
I guess the best thing is doing it automatically – then it’ll even be compatible with the existing articles :)
I guess the best place to put the script is just before </body>?
Thanks for that :) I already have a block in the end of the template, so I’ll add to that. My next “project” is to collect my modifications to the template in blocks so it’ll be easier to find them next time I have to either upgrade or change :)
