    Hey everyone. I am new here, so excuse me if I am not familiar with the regular rules and regs.
    I am having an issue creating some padding on the outside of a div, within my content, for only a certain amount of vertical space. Check it out here: http://designdosemagazine.com/italian-space-saving-furniture/
    I want to create a more pleasing padding around that SHARE THE DOSE widget in the post.

    Any advice?
    Thanks in advance.

    What you’ll want to do is add a margin on it. Something like this will do the job:

    margin: 0 10px 10px 0;

    Add that to your .postshare div.

    I think one thing to remember is the margins are the outside of a div and padding is inside the div.

    That worked flawlessly!
    Thank you so much for your help TheDoc and for the advice mafokken!
    I pretty new and self taught when it comes to CSS and coding.
    I am glad there are forums like this where I can get some help from the pros!
