Home › Forums › JavaScript › 2 Clicks on AnythingSlider
Hi Guys,
I’m having a strange issue with AnythingSlider, this is my page layout:
http://i.imgur.com/ePJ8y.jpg
The red blocks being links. The Biggest red block in the big middle black requires two clicks in FireFox and the BlackBerry browser but only one in Chrome/IE (IE!?). The other red boxes (Links) only need one click in ALL browsers.
Any help would be awesome guys!
I’m actually 100% sure now that it only happens when the links to move slides are within the middle black box (the area that slides over).
can you post the related code, or link to the page that you’re working on?
Also, i’ve had problems using jQuery and had to click twice. The issue was that I was using a if.. else statement that depended on css positioning. I had positioned the elements using ems, and the jquery function was using the first click to “correct” my initial position so that it matched… then the second click actually called the part of the function that i wanted.
Maybe take a look at your if-else statements and see if the initial condition doesn’t actually match what you think it should?
Initial JavaScript
Code for the panels (the link is Inside one of the panels and the links only require two clicks if inside panels).
Why this page is awesome?
this is a test div!
