That is testing version. Stable version is installed by opening console in ST2 and pasting that code on installation page.

To open console in Sublime hit

Ctrl + `

or go to View >> Show Console then just paste the code, hit enter and restart sublime… after follow my previous directions for sass syntax highlighting.
