I agree with the previous two. Please god, get rid of the default blue. If anything, just tone it down! CSS is too easy to not do that. Ditch the ads, or put them at the bottom if possible, or the side and move the name of the site to the center. And a simple background image of some kind is too easy not to implement. Pure white BG’s only work when the layout and content is very engaging and it’s just not.

I mean, just to be a bit honest, you’re calling it "ultimate CSS gallery" and it’s extremely mangled and un-impressive…so I feel a bit jipped when I view it.
