Indeed there doesn’t seem to be any “Customize” link anywhere on the secondary blog itself (unlike the primary blog) — but you can customize it, if you go straight to this url: http://www.tumblr.com/customize/blogname

Obviously, replace “blogname” with the name of your secondary blog.
