It’s alright and yes the colos are very drab. I also would get a copywriter to check out the content, it reads very strangely and has a ton of errors and makes you appear extremely amateur. For example, on your Web Design page:

Also, I’m not sure if you know this or not, but Meta Keywords are completely ignored by Google:
