Sorry, I should have elaborated further in my original comment. Some of the things I would recommend playing with:

• • Matching the widths of the outside border, the white area, and the separation that creates the ‘J’.
• • Fixing the radius of the curves in the ‘M’, they feel quite unnatural at the moment.
• • Increasing the size of your name next to the logo.
